Goats cheese Quiche
I just kind of made this up as it was what I had in the fridge but it tastes delious I served it with more goats cheese and fried prosciutto - a suggestion you should most definitely do!
Ingredients
 1 handful fresh baby spinach
5-6 eggs
fresh goats cheese ( as much as you want the more the better)
puff or filo pastry
1 cup cream
1/2 cup regular cheedar cheese
1 clove garlic (finely chopped) and salt and pepper
get a pie tin and grease lightly before putting the pastry on. In a bowl whisk the eggs together then add the cream, once combined add the cheeses, garlic and spinach.
pour onto the pastry and bake 30-40mins
delicious and easy
